Three sound proofed bedrooms

Eight (8) twin beds each with a luggage rack, bedside table and light. Lots of outlets (and circuits to prevent blown circuit breakers) and plug-ins for cell phones and tablets.

with heated bidet seats. One with 4’ shower and one with shower and tub combination-grab bars in each. Hair dryers; large plush towels; toiletries available in case you've forgotten something.

 Work Room - 24'x24' space with (8) 4' work tables and (4) 5' work tables; design walls; cutting tables with mats; 11 comfortable rolling chairs; 6 folding chairs; 2 irons & boards; assortment of rulers; individual cup and trash bags for each table; and 55” TV. Plenty of room to add your own Sew-E-Z type table if you desire.

Also a separate area to layout quilts, gather for meals or spread out if a larger work area is needed.

Living room.

Three overstuffed couches with 40” TV. Two (2) of the oversize couches are comfortable for sleeping and the third couch is great for watching the TV.

We have now have wifi broadband internet!  So this means Directv Now, Amazon Video and lots of DVD's can be watched while chilling in the lounge room.

Meals can be an add-on option but all retreaters must participate.

Continental breakfast.
Soup/sandwiches/salads for lunch.
Casseroles with sides and dessert for dinner.
Tea, coffee, flavored drinks, and mid afternoon snacks.
Diabetic and other simple needs can be incorporated into the menus.

The group is responsible for simple meal prep and cleanup unless further arrangements are made and total catering is desired.

The R House is a non-smoking facility and No Pets Allowed.

The house can comfortably sleep 10 with 2 sleeping on the overstuffed couches.  Arrangements can be made to have "overflow" sewers sleep downstairs at the Double R House.

Rental is usually for Thursday at 3:00 pm to Sunday at 6:00 pm but other day  arrangements can be made. (New) Rates begin at $660.00 for up to 6 people. For more than 6 people the rate is $110.00 per person for the 4 days 3 night. Day/visiting "retreaters" are $25/person.

Extra days can be added and are $22.00 per person with a minimum of 4 staying over the extra day(s) or minimum $88.00.

A $150.00 deposit is required to hold your scheduled date and before the reserved date is added to the "public-facing" calendar. (there have been too many cancelations in 2024 and not enough time to fill the suddenly opened slot)  If your retreat is cancelled 30 days before the retreat date, the deposit is refundable - after that it becomes non-refundable.  Final payment is due 14 days before the retreat.  At this time, only checks or cash are accepted.
