The R House Calendar

If you see the phrase "Right of First Refusal-Call" on the calendar, that means that someone has asked to be penciled in for those days but have not reserved the spot with an actual  down payment.  I will call them and let them know that someone else is also interested in those days and they must send their down payment immediately or release the date so the new person can reserve it.
